Founder & CEO, Indian Herbal

Ayurveda Specialist | Author | Psychologist

I am an Ayurveda Specialist, Psychologist, Trainer, and Entrepreneur, with over 20 years of experience in the study, teaching, and practical application of Ayurvedic principles, as well as more than 18 years of entrepreneurial experience in the field.

I have been teaching Ayurveda since 2004, and in 2008 I founded Indian Herbal, a company I built from the ground up — from developing original Ayurvedic product formulations to creating educational and wellness programs.

In recent years, I have focused my work primarily on women’s health and hormonal balance, developing an integrative approach that brings together Ayurveda, psychology, lifestyle, and health education.

My work in Ayurveda

My professional journey in Ayurveda has developed over more than two decades of study, teaching, and practical application. I began teaching Ayurveda in 2004 and, for 16 years, taught courses in both Ayurvedic theory and practice. Since 2020, I have continued my educational work through Indian Herbal, as well as through an independent collaboration with Yognova Bucharest.

My formal training in Ayurveda began in 2000 and continued between 2007 and 2012 through a theoretical and practical program organized by the Romanian Society of Ayurvedic Medicine, with the support of the Romanian Ministry of Health. Over the years, I have further expanded my training through specialized courses in Ayurvedic pharmacology, Panchakarma, Rasayana, joint health, cardiovascular health, and other areas of Ayurveda.

In 2016, I spent 60 days at the Athreya Ayurvedic Center in Kottayam, Kerala, India, where I underwent Kuti Praveshika Rasayana. This experience gave me the opportunity to gain direct insight into the traditional application of Rasayana principles in India.

My connection with India has continued both professionally and through a deeper engagement with Indian languages and culture. I have studied Sanskrit and am currently studying Hindi as part of my commitment to gaining more direct access to the cultural and professional context in which Ayurveda developed.

In recent years, my work in Ayurveda has also expanded into research, publishing, and international academic collaboration, complementing my educational and professional activity.

Indian Herbal

I founded Indian Herbal in 2008, building the company from the ground up — from defining its concept and developing original Ayurvedic product formulations to creating and expanding a portfolio rooted in traditional Ayurvedic principles.

Over the years, Indian Herbal has evolved beyond Ayurvedic products, gradually expanding into education, courses, and specialized wellness programs.

Starting in 2020, I further developed the educational side of Ayurveda within the company, and since 2022, I have increasingly focused my professional work on women’s health and hormonal balance. This direction has gradually become one of the central areas of my work today.

Women's Health and Hormonal Balance

Since 2022, I have increasingly focused my work on women’s hormonal health, developing my own method that integrates Ayurvedic principles with lifestyle interventions and elements of psychology.

Based on this method, I created a comprehensive hormonal balance program, for which I developed the methodology, structure, educational materials, and individualized Ayurvedic protocols. I currently lead the program and work directly with the women who participate in it.

In 2025, I expanded this work into the academic field by publishing the article “Estrogen Dominance as a Lifestyle Disorder: An Integrative Ayurvedic Approach” in the International Journal of Indian Medicine, in which I presented the method, along with case studies documenting the results achieved through its application.

Psychology and Profesional Training

I graduated from the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Bucharest, and later continued my professional training through postgraduate studies at Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca.

My background in psychology complements my work in Ayurveda and enables me to incorporate psychological and behavioral factors that influence lifestyle, habits, and the process of change into the programs I develop.

Foreign Languages

I speak English and French at an advanced level, Hindi at an intermediate level, and Spanish at a beginner level.

My interest in Indian culture and tradition has also been reflected in my language studies. I completed a Sanskrit language course at CEAS – the Center for Eurasian and Afro-Asiatic Studies, as well as a Hindi language course organized by the Embassy of India. I am currently continuing my Hindi studies through practical language courses, with the goal of reaching an advanced level.
